  • Copy of ID/Passport

      • Hand-write a request letter of your preferred digital service. The letter MUST include below points: Full name ( must be written the same way as your account number), Account number, Telephone number (must be the same as the one submitted during account opening), Email Address (must be the same as the one submitted during account opening),
      • Sign the request letter
      • Scan / Take a picture of the request letter and send it to BK WhatsApp Number: +250 788319 112

      Additional instructions for Corporate or Multiple Signatories:
      Separate letters must be sent with the same details above (provided they are signatories on the account).
