Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Kigali, Dr. Diane KARUSISI conducted customer outreach dubbed SME Forums in the eastern province to meet SME customers in the region and inform them about the recently approved SME strategy aimed at catering to various needs of SME clients in Rwanda.

The outreach also sought to Create awareness of the recently inaugurated SME center and how it will support them as well as the ongoing SME campaign and cross-sell different products and services offered within the SME space. It also aimed at collecting feedback on their challenges and how the bank can address them. Furthermore, the outreach presented an opportunity to acquire new customers and create new avenues for business growth opportunities in the SME space across various regions.

During the visit, BK CEO Dr. Diane KARUSISI and senior management rewarded and recognized top SME customers with a technical assistance facility of Frw 10,000,000 with a 0% rate to support a few SME businesses. This was a facility to improve company control and processes by acquiring a stock management system, and financial management system.
